After being charged the price I was quoted, and then 15 minutes later through a phone call being charged $60 extra, I was irritated and gave feedback as such. But then! I received a call the next day to apologize for the extra charge and have it removed! My flight is still booked for the original price I was quoted and I am very happy with their extra attentive customer service team for caring about each of their customers.
