Unfortunately booked the wrong information on my flight and I contacted Cheap Flight Fares for a refund and was going to be charged $100 for a cancellation. I had to pay an additional $50 to get the flights re-adjusted but was unable to get the times and dates I originally wanted.
I was given half of the additional payment, $25, back as compensation for the re-adjustment of the flights.
