The price was great but the information about the baggage allowance wasn’t clear for me , I didn’t realize that I just allowed for a personal item till I received the airline ticket email so, I was reached by Cheap Flights Fares customer service and they understood my situation and gave me a credit to be use in my next booking with them, looking forward to have a 5 star experience with them, thanks!
