I contacted the number indicated in the email several times to cancel my reservation and the people didn't care and kept calling me and I was left like a ball from hand to hand and no one resolved anything. I was answered in English and Spanish and the attendants don't care about what you need, they don't care about you. The email says that I have the right to a refund if I cancel before the date and the attendant already told me that I don't have the right. This is not my fault, I bought a ticket with an early cancellation and refund policy. I think this is a huge disrespect for people's money. If an airline flies like this, poor passengers. Very disappointing, I won't be back but you can be sure.
