To start with the bad part: I booked a flight but it could not get ticketed as that promotion seat was sold around the time of my booking. The good part was Edward, the travel agent who tirelessly tried to find a way to get me a good flight at a good price. I appreciated all his effort and got a great deal on my flight as well!
