I purchased tickets for a specific date. When the tickets showed up in my email, they were for a different date. I noticed immediately and got ahold of them within 10 minutes. I was told they couldn’t do anything about it. After discussing the issue, they were able to offer to find a different flight for us. It wasn’t ideal but they did work with me to make a bad situation better.
