This company is a complete and utter SCAM!! I booked a flight with them, and a few hours later I got an email asking me to call them. I called them, and the lady on the phone told me that "ACTUALLY" there has been a change in one flight, and the new price is 90 dollars higher. I told her that I refuse, as I paid for a ticket online, and that is that. She challenged me to find a lower price online for that flight. I then went online and told her that I found one on edreams. She then made a counteroffer and told me the best price she can offer me is 18 dollars more than what I had originaly paid. What kind of a company does this?? For 18 extra dollars they were willing to go so LOW. They seem to be in the business of scamming people, and when I searched online I found that this is their MO. They do this to customers. Have you pay for a flight, then tell you after you made the booking that they need more money. I am so dissapointed that Kayak has chosen to work with this company.
