Bait and switch: Made reservation and got a call within a half hour saying that fare was no longer available, but lots of more expensive fares were. I resisted upgrading to the more expensive fares and just said cancel my order if they couldn't provide the original quoted fare. Two hours later, I received a confirmation for tickets for the original fare.
In looking at online reviews, seems like a common tactic here. Won't use them again.
