You guys did an excellent job getting my flight scheduled. Then, the next day, I tried to add a carry on bag and you took my $77 but it didn't go through. I had to add it on through the airport. It worked out better for me anyway, now I get my carry on AND priority boarding for less than what you were charging me for my carry on. At least they refunded my $77.
