I had an issue with my bank declining my booking because the purchase of 8 round-trip flight tickets was over my daily allowed debit limit. Lucky called me back a couple of times, while I was working with my bank to increase my daily debit amount. He then patiently stayed on the line for quite some time while I went through the whole process on the other phone line with my bank. I felt terrible, but he was so patient and kind and kept reassuring me it was OK, and that he was happy to wait, so that the booking would go through. Were it not for Lucky's patience, I would have lost my booking. He made a very stressful time not only bearable, but successful. I can't express my gratitude enough! Hats off to you Lucky!!
