I am happy finding good price ticket from Las Vegas to Okinawa in May. And, called to upgrade the sheet between Los Angeles to Haneda, and return from Haneda to Los Angeles. The person on the phone was kind and I was able to compete to change my ticket. Also, I will call tomorrow to ask changing one more item, sorry. I wanted to buy insurance, but by my mistake, I bought "change schedule". I am hoping change can be done. Let's see. Receiving email communication is pretty good. Phone communication was also goo.
