I paid $244 extra for the flights that I booked because Cheap Flights could not honor the original purchase. After I complained, they call and offered me $100 refund. I had to call 3 times and spend about an hour on the phone to confirm my flights. The information was also incorrect. It said I had to pay for checked bags when 2 checked bags were included in my premium seats.
