The staff was difficult to understand, which made our phone calls frustrating. We could have booked the flights ourselves on the airline's website and saved hundreds of dollars.
Upon speaking to a company rep, he pointed out that our booking included a cancellation policy that was not offered directly on the airline's website, so the difference in cost was not as substantial.
