There was a mistake on my 3ticket that I noticed 15 minutes after I made the reservation. When I called to question and ask for the removal of that one initial, I was told that it would be an extra $25. I don't think that's very good customer service and I told the lady I would just cancel and make the reservation since it had been less than 24 hours. At that point she said she would take care of me and I should have a new ticket issued it's been over 24 hours and I have not seen the new ticket. I had also called to ask if I could have my TSA on the ticket and someone was supposed to let me know about that or told me that the system was down when I called and that I should wait for 24 hours and call back again I had waited on the phone already for a good 25 minutes. It is 2 days later and I have been called by them and they have kindly and professionally resolve my issues
