I will not use this service again. After locking into a price and submitting my credit card information, I was under the impression I had purchased my tickets. I later received an “urgent” message to call back because apparently the reservation price is based on airline availability, which is not checked in advance. I was given a more expensive option and pressured into making an immediate decision without being able to investigate other options. There may be small print alerting of this procedure, but it is not openly apparent, and is not transparent business practice.
