I booked the ticket online, but need to speak to an agent regarding routing. It is very easy to access agents. The agent I spoke to (Dixon) was very efficient and courteous. Got me the ticket I want in business class at very reasonable prices. He also told me I have 24 hours to think things over gave me a number I can reach him. Subsequently, I also spoke with other agents and they are all very helpful. She tried to look up alternative routing and dates for me for a good price. Very satisfied.
