I was doing price comparisons had 2 windows open never pressed to complete purchase said pending and next day it had changed to purchase. I purchased with AA because it was cheaper and I did not have to purchase insurance extra. Now they are not wanting to refund my money. I tried to call and ask to speak with someone the man was very rude and said we don’t give your money back. Didn’t even try to make different arrangements or ask if I wanted credit. Rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend I recieved a call back and they are going to credit back my account the represenitive I spoke with was polite and helpful.
