Immediately after booking the flight, I noticed the first name was incorrect, so I called to have the error corrected. Evidently it was quite a hassle of a request due to airline regulations. I spoke with a man named Lucky who was more than helpful and spent over an hour with me on the phone getting the error corrected. Lucky is to be commended for his excellent customer service. I will definitely use your site again when making flight arrangements.
