I felt really scammed in a way. I did get decent tickets in the end, but the confirmation of my tickets and then having them withdrawn and having to pay more for less-desirable tickets was a huge turnoff. Then I got a notice the next day that the times I preferred were cheaper and when I called to have them changed they simply told me that was old even though the email was 2 minutes old. It's apparent that it's a bait and switch game with your company.
