Your website froze while I was rying to purchase a ticket. I could not go forward or back so I had to close the app. I had input enough information for you to charche my card although I did not get an itinerary, Flight, Gate or anything else. I attempted to get a refund but all of the agents I talked to could not givr mr s vslif code. Since the code did not work I figured that the purchase was not secured although the agents said that I could not get a refund. I called to Frontier and purchased a ticket. When I saw later that the charges apperaed on my account and I contested your charges since I never received confirmation.
