Safe to say first and last time I buy a ticket through here! I bought a flight ticket and I got an email the next day stating I needed to urgently call. When I called they told me they had over booked the flight for the price I bought it at and were trying to OVER charge me more for the ticket. I told them if that’s the case give me a refund because it would be cheaper if I directly booked the flight with the airline. They put me on hold to speak to a manager and they said this one time they will allow the original flight ticket cost to be charged??? You guys are thieves. When I got my confirmation email with the flight number I went on the airline app to make sure the flight was good to go and I saw that there were 2 tickets. I called to see if they accidentally charged me for 2 flights and the customer service person was so rude when I was simply asking why it shows that I have two flights when I had only purchased one!
