I booked the correct flight but immediately realized it was scheduled for a day earlier than I needed. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that I could change my booking for an additional fee. I chose Cheap Flights because of their reasonable fare. However, they told me that I could not cancel or receive a refund. I learned my lesson: never again.
