It is quite unnerving having someone call and email with "urgent" request. This phrasing screams SCAM. The person I spoke with on the phone had a thick accent which did not help the situation and quite honestly didn't make me feel any safer with this transaction. I am still "assuming" my flight is booked with Frontier. I have a confirmation but still a bit uneasy.
