I had a very frustrating experience with CheapFlightsFair. When they called me, I missed the call, and when I called back, the representatives were extremely rude. Both sides had accents, making it difficult to understand each other. With all respect, I asked them to speak slowly and repeat what I couldn’t understand, but instead of being patient, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I would never want to deal with this again. However, I did receive a call from one representative later on who was very nice and understanding about the accent situation. It was a relief to finally speak with someone patient, but unfortunately, my overall experience was not positive.
