The only thing that I can say is the agents they’re very intelligent and knowledgeable about the product and what they’re selling it just they are in such a hurry. They don’t give little details -that if you buy economy, you can’t make changes , but for certain amount of dollars you can upgrade and then you can get a refund . I can’t control inclement weather – sickness- to get your travel plans changed it’s like buying a brand new ticket. I’m not happy with that. I don’t know if it’s something you can do but it’s annoying so I’m not completely satisfied with your service.
