This is such a bad service. You show total fee and I buy the tickets then you show totally another amount. I called, and he said that I will only be charged $296.00 and I could have my seat and can have one carry-on. He assured me there should not be any more charge. Today, I called to find out why Frontier has also charged me, and there was no answer. He put me on hold and disconnected me. This happened twice.
