Had some issues off the bat and still waiting for my E-ticket in my email but Mia was great and put my mind at ease. She said she would work on it and sent me all of my specific flight information and confirmation numbers so that I could go right to the airline website and check to see that it was confirmed so I could ease my anxiety. She was very nice and helpful. Just waiting to be emailed my ticket!
