I was on hold and on the phone for an approximate total of 2 1/2 hours to add a carry on bag and to change a flight from pm to am (I missed it because most sites are in 24hr time). I agreed on the extra charges for the am flight only to find out the quoted price was American.
I am not a complainer but this flight has cost me $1000 more than if I would have booked through Air Canada and this was by far the worst experience ever and I will only be booking directly through the air lines from now on.
