They deivered exactly what they said they would deliver. In our case, it was discounted international flights. The only shortfall was that it took almost 12 hours before the tickets were confirmed which created a little stress since cancelation window is 24 hrs; and after reading some of the questionable reviews, I was anxious thinking that I had made the wrong choice. Fortunately, I was able to use a pay later option which provided some assurance in case there was problem at least I'd have some recourse. But I worried for nothing because everything went exactly as planned.
