price was ok. Site was a little cumbersome. I needed the airline codes to get my seats. I called. A nice person took my data and said he'd be back with the codes. It seemed to take longer than I thought. When he came back he said my seats would cost an additional $400. and he'd be happy to help me. I was skeptical as I had Business and first class seats, so I just asked for the codes for the 2 airlines and thanked him. I told him I'm more comfortable doing it on my own. He didn't resist. Cost for seats:$00.00. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Now I lack trust for Cheap Flights.
