Update: Cheapflight's reached out and had the airline refund the price of my ticket. Great customer service on their part.
I had an emergency illness in my family and couldn’t make my flight. I understood that my flight wasn’t refundable but both Cheapflights and Frontier refused to offer any help in the form of a credit or flight at a later date. I got stuck paying for a plane ticket that I couldn’t use. I’ll never use the service again and will be reporting the practice of both companies to the BBB.
