I had read all of the rules before booking when I tried to cancel the agent made several excuses why I could not get a refund. I actually had to read the cancellation clause to him. Then he put me on hold to talk to his supervisor came back with a modified rendition of the policy. Finally after arguing I got an email with the refund amount in the email. These people outright lied and made up their refund policy. It’s my intention to report this to the attorney general for a review. You need to preserve the recording of that call.
