I booked a extreme cheap flight from Munich (Germany) to Ft. Myers, FL. I got the confirmation right away but after 6 Hours I still didn't got my E-Ticket but the money was already taken from my Credit card, so I started to get worried.
I started chatting with Denzel, he calmed me right away down and promised I will get my Ticket within 30 min. he stayed with me on the chat until I got my ticket. He explained because of the special offer it takes sometimes longer, was definitely worth to wait.
