So far everything has been good. I do have a couple of comments. I had a credit card issue which was denied. I got an bunch email which i read the following morning but also had a bunch of texts from random phone numbers. I have to say that was disconcerting and i deleted them all as I thought they were phishing. It would be good if these calls came from a standard number. The positive and what made it 5 stars, is when i called back after the email the woman was very helpful and got it all straightened out. I did forget when speaking to her, i accidently put two travel insurances on. So i called back, got a gentleman who was also very helpful and got everything straightened out.
