This review is premature. SO FAR you all (especially Zac) have been great. Very smooth and very customer firnedly. I am just nervous that the Boking number when used on British Airways gives a different routing. We are going LIS-LHR-EWR and the booking number on British Airways says LIS-CPH. I just hope all will be smooth at the airport when we hand the electronic ticket over to Britih Airways. If it is, you have made a regular cusotmer for life!
