Booked flight online, got email confirmation, got to airport but couldn’t check in, called your customer service and they said that reservation was not confirmed and there were no more seats available so I had to pay more money for a later flight which got delayed and lost my connection in Denver, and spent the night in the airport for 8:00 am flight.it seems to me that all that the customer service was trying to do is get me to pay a lot more money for different flights,so no your company does not care about your customers.
