Never again. They deliberately make some kind of error for you to call and pay more for whatever possible on earth. No wonder the they pick up the phone right away. Who does that anymore nowadays. Also great service in the plane, but you are so pressed in between seats back for left right that you can hardly breathe.. next time I’ll pay a couple of hundred dollars more and will be comfortable for my seven hours flight to Paris
