I asked customer service how many checked bags were free, and was told that all checked bags were charged. The first one was $95 and the second one was $248,,,I can't remember for sure, During the course of our conversation, the fee for the first checked baggage changed to $148. But I told you $95 by mistake, so I'll give you a special $95. However, I was told on the condition that I purchase now. I did not purchase the fee for check-in baggage because it looked like a scam. I carefully read the email from the airline ticket purchase and the check-in baggage is INCLUDED! I also checked with the airline company!! I cannot believe that your company is operating in such a fraudulent manner! If you doubt me, look at the chat conversations!　 If it's so vicious, I'm going to publicize it to the world. I am so glad I did not purchase anything additional.
