I purchased a “refundable” ticket. Within 24 hours of booking my plans changed and I requested a refund. I was offered a refund “less $300 because I couldn’t get the extra payment to make the ticket refundable repaid. Maybe I am just naive but to me a “refundable ticket” meant the whole thing is refundable as it would be on any major airline website.
Not surprisingly, I am therefore disappointed in this outcome
