I wish I would have spent the extra $10 to book with the airline directly or Expedia instead of booking with them. It was stressful waiting for my confirmation that I actually have a ticket as I booked this last minute & didn’t know that it could take up to 24 hours to receive confirmation after you pay! It was also complicated to figure out how to get the boarding pass after getting confirmation. The worst part was that they didn’t put my TSA on my ticket even though I added it while booking. I will never use them again.
