Avoid this company like the Black Plague!!! I booked my airline tickets for my family of five for March 2021, accidentally on the wrong date. I called to correct the date and was told if I wanted an evening flight like I previously booked then the cost would be an additional $200 per person or I can take an early flight no additional charge. I checked the airline I was supposed to fly with and the status of my flight said cancelled. I called the next morning to make sure it really was cancelled and was told it wasn’t and was given a bogus flight confirmation number for said airline. I told Max Wilson that I would have my husband call because I was confused, after I got bombarded with calls and a email from Max Wilson. I got fed up and decided to call without waiting on my husband, couldn’t reach Max Wilson and rebooked with Foster. The flight was booked on the wrong day yet again after being lied to about the booking day and arrival to the destination along with the price which was double then the amount I agreed to. I called to cancel because I was just fed up with the process and was told I would be called back in the morning. 6:00am rolls around and I got a call which I ignored because I was still sleeping. When they called again I handed the phone to my husband and they would not take no for an answer until my husband said no to cancel for the 50th time. This happened within a span of a few days due to a small error on the departure date. The hassel and lies shouldn’t have happened at all. To make matters worst I was called by Foster claiming he was correct on the date and upfront about the price which is a huge lie. Total nightmare and if I can stop the nightmare from happening to someone else with dealing with this company then that’s all that matters. Save yourself a headache and go with another flight booking company.
