These guys are horrible. If the flight schedule is changed, they confirm it from their side without our consent and then want us to pay money to get a better flight schedule.
I called them for 2 weeks and everyday I was transferred from one person to another and kept on hold for hrs before they disconnected the call on me. I will never use their services again and absolutely DO NOT recommend them at all.
