The worst experience i ever had buying an airline ticket, cheap air charged me $500. to refund me the price of my ticket, cheap air kept the $500.00 and yhe price of the original ticket, al i got is the run around from this company, never again. Was a very bad choice. N/B I had insurance on the ticket

The costumer service was unprofessional and never answer your questions. They asking phone number and address and make sure your billing number and charged for talking to them. With all Indian accent I knew they were scamming people and hang the phone one they caught up.

I’m a first time user, yesterday I tried to book a flight to Scotland for $887 which said it included all taxes and fees. I was so excited, this seemed to be a good rate. However, after getting deep into it, I had to add $300 round-trip for bags for two travelers, and $200 round-trip for seat selection for two people. The fact that the ticket amount went up $500 after stating “includes ALL taxes and fees” and because it was a total waste of my time, I am going to stay away from this company.

*** DO NOT USE THESE 3rd PARTY TRAVEL SITES*** Based on what ive been reading, theyre good at mimicking the airline webpages so it looks like youre working with the airline direct....thats how they scam you...plus buying travel insurance thru them is a scam as they dont follow thru with what they provide via wording loopholes. Once you pay for and have an email you have 100% coverage, they do not give you your money back as they have tons of fees attached to eat up what youve paid plus getting the runaround to try is ridiculous.

The agent booked me to go to Rochester New York instead of Rochester Minnesota. The agent told me I was getting on his nerves. The agent kept me on hold for several hours…POOR POOR customer service. I had to pay for another plane ticket….HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!

Three months ago, I purchased two return flights from Louisiana to San Juan, Porto Rico. Within an hour of making a payment for 2 flights, we started receiving calls from the company urging us to pay an additional $78+ for protection against potential changes. We declined, but CheapOair still charged the amount to our credit card without authorization. We had to dispute the charge with our bank to get our money back. Later, CheapOair altered the departure time and return date of our flights. When I contacted them to restore the original schedule, they were unable to adjust the return date. Instead, we were charged a shocking $852 for the changes and they cut our stay by 2 days. As a result, the total cost for our tickets far exceeded what we would have paid with another provider like Skyscanner. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I feel compelled to shed light on what I see as deceptive practices by CheapOair. Charging unauthorized fees and exorbitant amounts for changes that were not initiated by the customer is unacceptable. I will never use CheapOair again and strongly caution others to think twice before booking with them least they are willing to fall victims to such dishonest practices.

Terrible Experience, Don't Trust Them!** I booked a round-trip ticket through CheapoAir for my husband, from Los Angeles to Tehran. Everything was fine until we needed to reroute his return trip to go through Istanbul, Turkey, then to Doha, and finally back to LAX. When I reached out to Qatar Airways, they informed me that because I booked through a third party (CheapoAir), only CheapoAir could make the necessary changes. This is where the nightmare began. After waiting endlessly on hold, I finally connected with a representative. Given their reputation for disconnected calls, I made sure to provide my phone number and asked them to call me back if the call dropped. They assured me it wouldn't be a problem. Yet, after explaining the situation thoroughly, the representative insisted that rerouting wasn't possible and that I would need to request a refund. This was despite the fact that Qatar Airways had informed me that rerouting could be done following their policies. It took forever for the representative to finally agree to call the airline to confirm. After being placed on hold for over an hour, the call dropped—no call back, despite their promise. I had to start all over again with a new representative, re-explaining every detail. It was as if the previous conversation had never happened. Again, I was told rerouting wasn’t possible until I pressed harder, and she eventually agreed to call Qatar Airways. I made the same request for a callback if disconnected, and she assured me she would do so. After yet another hour of back-and-forth, just when I thought progress was being made, the call dropped again—and once more, no one called back. It was exhausting, infuriating, and completely disrespectful of my time. The representatives acted like they were helping but weren’t listening to anything I was saying. In the end, I wasted countless hours on calls, repeated myself endlessly, and still didn’t get the resolution I needed. If you value your time, energy, money, and mental health, do not book through CheapoAir. Their customer service is unhelpful, dismissive, and lacks any sense of responsibility. Trust me, it's not worth the stress. Look elsewhere for your travel bookings!

CheapOair sold me a ticket to Florida on November 4th for 137. when I got to Manchester airport I was informed my flight has been canceled which was new to me so I had to purchase another ticket within the next 10 minutes and they told me I would have to take it up with CheapOair to get my refund which I contacted them multiple times and my credit card company said they would take up a dispute with them also I just received a refund of $77 be careful when purchasing anything from this company because they are not legally supposed to be selling tickets to us for breeze airlines they will charge you and then only credit you back half of the amount which is fraud because they were not legally supposed to be selling tickets. I'm still in dispute with this company as I was just notified today they're only going to credit my card $77 I find this very fraudulent when they charge my card $137 for a flight that they cancel and I did not receive or use any ticket through them I had to buy a second one in order to catch my flight.. thank you Donna Randolph please take my word and do not purchase anything from this fraudulent company they should be shut down..

CheapOir used to be very good website.But now they have started deducting money without customers consents. They have deducted my money without my permissions and when I am asking to refund, they are not refunding. It happened when you chat with their live agent.Agent ask you for buying add ons to the flights and doesnt matter you say YES or NO, they add on your flight and charge your card.It all happens because they have saved your card details from your previous bookings. This is illegal and must eb stopped asap.I have already informed my bank and the Airline to take an action on them. Please make sure you dont let them deduct the money without your confirmation.

I booked round-trip tickets to Korea for next year through Cheapoair, but the experience has been a nightmare. They changed my return flight, forcing a layover in Hawaii that wasn’t part of my original itinerary. While they promised a full refund if I didn’t accept the changes, they’ve failed to return my money despite numerous follow-ups. Customer service is abysmal—phone wait times exceed 6 hours, and emails only result in generic responses claiming they are "talking to the airlines." Online chat is equally frustrating, constantly transferring me to different departments without resolving anything. It feels like a deliberate attempt to delay and wear customers down.

I booked a flight to Spain with $2230… I booked a flight to Spain with $2230 for three people and I get an email in couple hours says flight fare rate changed to $2300 and when I chat with them first say to me $2900 and when I start asking questions come back to me and says $2600 I could not understand, and when I asked more questions the answer was is your choice to cancel the reservation or update it with the new fair! Something didn’t make sense My reqmendtion get the ticket through the airline itself, that what I’m going to do all these companies trying to scam people for extra money

Esta gente te vende un seguro de cancelación o cambios y al final todo es mentira no aplicas para ninguno de los puntos de cancelación . Te roban tu dinero en tu propia cara , nunca más usaré esta plataforma de compra , y les aconsejo q no lo hagan tampoco . Es muchísimo mejor tramitar la compra del boleto de viaje con la aerolínea directamente . No caigan en su trampa

La peor aerolínea que pueda existir, no cambiaron los vuelos de un viaje que teníamos sin nuestro consentimiento, fue confirmado por la aerolínea que ellos son los responsables de ajustar a su manera los vuelos, cuando se intenta solucionar en una llamada, es trasladado a más de 3 agentes y ninguno trae solución, llevamos llamando hace 3 meses 1 una vez por semana y cuando cumplimos 1 hora en la llamada, nos cuelgan. Nunca solucionan!!!! Nunca más vuelo a comprar en esta agencia y menos recomendar, muy mala calidad de personal y gestión.
