“I have been satisfied with all the plane reservations I've made through CheapOair; however, i recently made a hotel reservation through them. Turns out there was a bedbug issue. Now I am struggling to get a refund.”
“Very bad customer service. They were unable to do a simple task of changing the dates of the ticket after giving them 3 days. Their phone connection is also very bad as the customer service from different parts of the world is not working properly.”
