"Cheap o Air sold me a business class tkt to Brazil and didn\u2019t deliver the service I bought. After months waiting, frustration and lack of respect, the company offered me $150. I paid almost $2,900 in total for 4 legs of a flight. Two flights were on coach. Two flights on Business. As I flew only one in business, the least they should offer me was about $750. Besides, my stress and anxiety, as I bought a more comfortable flight because of health problems. They should be ashamed of themselves!
