I always been happy with Cheapoair until 3 month ago I bought air ticket for overseas .there were no plane on the day of travel and it was an emergency travel. Had to buy another ticket with another company. I ask for refund and they would n’y refund my money going 4 month now.
Whenever I call they say it’s processing.
It should n’y take 4 month to get my refund. I m still waiting with them saying approved and processing. Can I sue them?
