“I fly several times a month. I have recently book two flights with CheapOair. The first one, the dates were change during the booking process. The second one, my last name was missed spelled and they wanted to charge $50 to correct it. I refused the charge and called the airline and they did it for free. I have never had these issues before. I feel this site had something to do with it to charge for corrections or to make changes. I will never use their site again.”

“After booking the flight, i have to change the schedule due to untoward incident, Earlier when i asked about their policy they said it will 151 dollars per ticket and if there is any difference of fare when you travel, but now when i am trying to ask for the same, they 151 dollars + fare difference (In actually terms there is no fare difference on the cheapoair site website only) but they say that is only for new booking for old booking whatever price we have in our inventory I.e. is nothing but whatever the price we quote. “I booked my flight with you guys thinking I was in good hands. The day I booked my flight I didn't notice that my card was declined only for my luggage. On my way to the airport my Uber driver got into a minor car accident which made me miss my flight. When I arrived at the airport I went to the deltas counter and they mentioned my card had declined for the luggage and also had missed my flight so.. they said that I could fly the very next day for a fee of $100 which would include my luggage fee. It's been 2 months and you guys have been trying to charge my card every single day which I don't know why and finally yesterday you guys finally charged my card $50 and then $30 which that's considered theft cause I had already paid delta airlines that and when I called the lady was really rude and said that I will never get my money back .
That's called theft and I am going to make sure the public on social media including the TV lets the world know how you guys robbed people and will never stop until you guys are destroyed and my attorney is already going to send you a letter on this situation and the embarrassment cheapoair made me go through when I try to buy food and my card got declined cause cheapoair decided to steal my money with no reason .”
“When we realized that our flight (Spirit)was going to be VERY LATE leaving; I asked 2 times what is the 'Plan B' for our connecting flight? No one had an answer. When we did arrive, there were 4 of us requiring wheelchair assistance, and no wheelchairs were there. Instead we were instructed to go to the Service desk at Gate 1. We spent 5 hours on the phone and chat with their representatives and just kept getting transferred or disconnected. We DID get our money back the next day, but only after being told 7-14 days, then 3-5 days, and then threatening to sue then and finally got the money back within 24 hours. This was an urgent flight because my stepdad is extremely ill, but they couldn't have cared less! We will never use them again and I will tell everyone how awful our experience was!
