“The whole Customer Support group was a joke. I made a date change request to a ticket, and for 3 days they kept telling me to contact them 2-3 hours later because they had to ask if the change could take place. Finally I requested that I just wanted a response if the tickets could be changed or not. They came up with the option that I had to pay usd$169 per person to change both tickets, when the initial price of the tickets was 167 for both. I went ahead and lost the tickets, and bought 2 more for usd$134 for both. Will never use CheapOair again, and I hope that nobody else does either.”
“Cheap o Air sold me a business class tkt to Brazil and didn’t deliver the service I bought. After months waiting, frustration and lack of respect, the company offered me $150. I paid almost $2,900 in total for 4 legs of a flight. Two flights were on coach. Two flights on Business. As I flew only one in business, the least they should offer me was about $750. Besides, my stress and anxiety, as I bought a more comfortable flight because of health problems. They should be ashamed of themselves! I was a customer for many years, but now I would say: keep away from them! They do care about anything but themselves! I added a picture of my seat on my way back from Brazil. Nothing like business!”

Not recommended at all. Customer service is disaster and want to rob the customer.I received a mail notification that my flight is changed and can do the changes or cancel the booking. I tried to change the flight through the app but only an agent can assist. If I want to change the ticket there is a charge and for cancellation also charges. But there is no option to change the ticket by yourself. So any amount the agent will ask you need to only agree. That’s the only option they have left.”

CheapOair’s so-called “Price Match Promise” is a complete scam. I found the exact same flight on Turkish Airlines’ official website for a lower price, but they refused to honor the price match due to their absurdly restrictive policies. They limit price matches to only a few competitor websites, making their promise meaningless. This experience was frustrating and misleading. I will never use CheapOair again, will not recommend it to anyone, and advise others to avoid their deceptive practices. Terrible customer service and a complete lack of accountability.”

“Unprofessional and dishonest customer service. Recently bought a lot of tickets from them to travel and two of my friends fell sick and couldn't travel. Called them and got the answer that we had to cancel the whole trip for all people. WTF? We then called the airline directly and got the credit vouchers for the sick passengers to travel at a later date. Long story short, do not use them. Book directly from the airlines of your choice. (BTW they employed mostly if not all from India!)”

“Please don't get fooled by reward points, there is almost nothing you can do with them. You add a $100 extra service on top of the ticket and the agency fees reward would take $5 off.
