Customer service is terrible, to non-existent. When I tried to work out an issue the agent actually told me to "call the airlines" and talk to them myself. Wow. Why am I paying for a booking service, again?
So I opened an account with the airline and I will, indeed, be scheduling flights for myself from now on. Plus accumulating my own air miles, which the booking service was collecting up to this point, as I've never seen a single benefit.
