I booked a flight which got cancelled, company took 6 days to return my call, then filtered me through several people, all telling me a different story, finally got someone who said yes, you are due a refund, from us, but we have to get approval from the airline we booked you onto that cancelled your flight. What does that even mean? I asked but got no real answer. So again, I am waiting. I paid for my luggage directly hrough the airline I was booked on they refunded me the next day. CheopO Airlines is very difficult to deal with, very difficult to get ahold of and frankly lack customer service.
